"About 3 years ago I was looking for a good psychologist . That's how I met Olga Cramer. I remember my first session, I felt very calm and trusted . From the very begining our sessions weren't something I was expecting.
I was expecting something like let's fix your past , lets find old bugs and your present will be perfectly fine. But we almost never talked about the past. Mostly we were talking about my feelings at the moment, about my dreams, my goals . Olga started to give me tools for developing self–love , self-care. She guided me towards self- acceptance, self-love . She would give me a lot of exercises to practice self-love, which required a lot of effort and courage from me.
